Responsibilities: Qualifications: Master’s degree or PhD in engineering, computational sciences, physics, materials, or related fields Experience in applied research or industrial development Skills in at least two areas: neural networks, GenAI/LLMs & agentic systems , surrogate models, data analy tics , simulation (FEM/CFD) , MLOps or platform development - Scout emerging technologies in AI, design automation, mechanical engineering, and simulation - Develop prototypes and PoCs (e.g. neural networks, surrogate models, agentic workflows , LLM ‑ based engineering assistants) - Develop AI ‑ driven (digital twin / hybrid) models for condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and lifecycle optimization by integrating sensor data, simulation results, and engineering domain knowledge - Conduct applied research: form ulate hypotheses, train models, validate results, and analyz e data. - Transfer research into robust, scalable solutions for engineering and operations - Collaborate closely with engineering and product development teams in DE/USA - Document results and contribute to internal knowledge sharing - A fter a three-year program in...
