The core responsibilities of this role include: Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Position: First (1st) Shift Group Coordinator Lead Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7am-3pm Pay: $20.40 Additional Incentives: NA In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Lead, Supervisor, Production, Warehouse, General Labor, Quality Control, Material Handler, Dock Stocker.
