Fleet Maintenance Clerk - West Palm Beach, FL The Fleet Maintenance Clerk plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by supporting the maintenance team with scheduling, inventory management, and accurate data tracking. This position ensures that preventive maintenance is completed on time, parts are available when needed, and maintenance records are precise and up to date. What You’ll Do: - Schedule preventive maintenance for fleet vehicles and coordinate required parts - Maintain and organize repair orders, safety lane forms, and Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs) - Accurately enter and verify maintenance data in internal systems - Order parts for both day and night shifts with Shop Manager approval - Manage parts inventory, including cycle counts and stock accuracy - Receive, label, stock, and distribute parts to mechanics and leadership - Review maintenance team timecards for accuracy and flag discrepancies - Generate productivity, usage, and maintenance reports for management - Follow all safety policies and procedures - Support the team with additional duties as needed What We’re Looking For: - High school diploma or GED required - At least 6 months of...
