Overview Joby Aviation is seeking a passionate Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our Powertrain & Electronics Manufacturing Engineering Team in San Carlos, CA. The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer will lead the design and development of manufacturing equipment for Joby Aviation's battery modules, working closely with a cross-functional team. This individual must be highly organized and self-driven, with a deep understanding of mechanical, process, and industrial engineering fundamentals, to successfully scale projects from prototype to low-volume production while maintaining a vision for high-volume production. This position is exciting and rewarding, as the Senior Manufacturing Engineer will see their ideas quickly influence many key areas at Joby Aviation due to the fast-paced environment.
