HOW YOU WILL CHANGE LIVES: Owning the Business: This is a hands-on, in-the-field leadership role. As a District Manager, you'll lead several clubs--working through General Managers and Team Leads to ensure each location is operating at a high level and delivering a consistent, high-quality member experience. Most of your time is spent in the clubs--walking floors, reviewing performance with your GMs, and working through real operational and sales challenges as they arise.
