Classification Title: Student Engagement Fellow, Student Life Classification Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Description: Support the mission of the Division of Student Life and Student Engagement team by creating innovative and engaging programs that promote students finding and building community. Responsible for developing and implementing programs, activities, and services that promote experiential learning, competency development, community engagement, co-curricular learning and encourage students to engage with varying perspectives. Through this work, this position works to build an appreciation with our students of the importance of lifelong exploration and discovery. Responsible for advising student organizations or designated Student Government entities, mentoring student leaders, and assisting with event programming, including but not limited to idea development, budgeting, planning, advertising and promotion, general operations, and ensuring completion of required trainings.
