The Team We seek a Senior Analyst of Strategic Finance to join American Tower's Strategic Finance team. The team drives key financial initiatives and provides financial insights to support decisions and drive growth. The Senior Analyst owns recurring corporate finance analyses and quarterly updates, maintaining core assumptions and methodologies for weighted average cost of capital (“WACC”), discounted cash flow (“DCF”), net asset value (“NAV”), lookbacks, and related frameworks and developing and maintaining robust financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and global capital allocation decisions. You will be expected to operate with flexibility, supporting adjacent teams and priority projects as business needs evolve.
