Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll lead your shift with energy and purpose—building a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability while ensuring consistent delivery of quality products in a highly efficient manner. In this role you will be part of a fun and fast-paced environment with a team that is down to earth and who enjoy good banter! Yatala is one of the largest fresh pet food manufacturing sites in the world, and is where we process raw protein for our fresh pet food. It is known as a 'wet' site, so you will need to be comfortable working on a site that processes meat and short-shelf-life products.
