The Supervisor is also responsible for additional tasks as assigned, but not limited to training others and assisting as needed to ensure that the store’s expectations are met. All Store Supervisors will be cross-trained in the four main areas of Processing, Cashiering, Sales Floor, and Visual Merchandising. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Store Operation Effectively manage collections to ensure proper processing and separation of incoming donations.
