Role description: The Senior Workforce Planning Manager EU/UK&I will drive workforce agility across a Service in Europe & UK&I, establishing proactive 12-week forecasts, maximizing productivity, and ensuring demand needs are managed, early warnings and proactive insights are provided to Europe & UK&I Service leaders. This role will manage a team of Resource Planners. This role can be based from any Arcadis office in continental Europe.
