Job Duties: Primarily works with the Field Application Engineering (FAE) team to provide technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions. This is an opportunity to deepen product, application, and market knowledge in the Cloud and AI networking infrastructure . Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and help review product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support FAE team with application lab expansion and network testing. - Work closely with FAE and sales team to review customer requirements and application use cases. - Work with firmware development team to help identify bugs. - Participation in Failure Analysis, Corrective Action & Lessons Learned activities ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: The individual selected for this role...
