We are looking to recruit a Social Value Project Lead to deliver our social value commitments across projects in Northern Ireland, ensuring we meet local planning obligations and leave a meaningful, lasting legacy in the communities where we work. Key Responsibilities: As a Social Value Project Lead, you will: - Design, implement and monitor social value commitments across Northern Ireland projects, ensuring alignment with the Social Value Model 2020, Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012, and any local planning obligations - Develop project specific Social Value Plans tailored to client priorities, local authority requirements and local community needs - Work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, supply chain partners and community stakeholders to maximise social, economic and environmental outcomes throughout the project lifecycle - Track and report on local procurement activity, SME engagement, Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise sector (VCSE) involvement and other economic benefits in line with reporting expectations - Support procuremen...
