What you will do: - Provide legal advice to EDP Group business in Portugal, namely s upport to the development and licensing of energy generation (including Hydro, Thermal, Wind and Solar) and storage projects - Drafting and negotiating PPAs and B2B energy supply and energy related services contracts - Analyzing and drafting of energy related supply agreements - Support in public procurement and administrative law - Review and negotiation of EPC and O&M contracts and subcontracts associated with energy production facilities - Support in regulatory issues including licensing, remuneration and sanctioning matters Employment type: Full-Time: Work site: Hybrid Model: What are we looking for: More than academic knowledge and technical skills, we are looking for a...
