About the Role The ideal candidate for our Senior Contracts Specialist role will have experience negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial contracts and managing a high-volume automated contracting process. Contract types include software as a service (SaaS) agreements, reseller and referral agreements, amendments, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and more. This role will engage and collaborate cross-functionally with other business units at all levels throughout the global organization to ensure that contracts follow the required processes and adequately protect the company’s interests. This role will also be the first line to interpret contract requirements, obligations, and risk exposure while advising the business as to the appropriate course of action.
