Sitting at the heart of our Internal Communications function, you will own the planning and delivery of our core internal events and communications cadence - from senior leadership and all-company events to awards and major business kick offs. This is a hands-on, high impact role. You will bring structure, pace, and rigour to complex and high-profile internal activity as the central coordination point across a wide range of stakeholders. You be responsible for end-to-end project governance, ensuring plans are robust, risks are anticipated and delivery stays on track. Alongside delivery, you will play a key role in shaping content – working closely with the VMO2 leadership team to develop agendas, build narratives, and ensure every moment is clear, engaging and aligned to our priorities.
