Work Location: Washington DC Key Responsibilities In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR services with a focus on federal staffing regulations and expedited hiring authorities. Your primary duties include: - Develop and post job announcements via Delegated Examining Unit (DEU) and Merit Promotion (MP) channels. You will manage these actions through USA Staffing and USA Jobs. - Conduct job analysis reviews, perform applicant assessments, and adjudicate eligibility and qualifications. - Apply Veterans’ Preference and ensure all actions comply with OPM regulations and merit-system principles. - Advise management on hiring flexibilities and special authorities, such as Direct Hire, VRA, Schedule A, and Schedule B, to accelerate recruitm...
