Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Partner Sales Manager (PSM) to drive the expansion of Diligent’s partner ecosystem across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This is a strategic, high-impact role for an entrepreneurial, self-driven professional who can identify, recruit, and develop strategic partnerships that accelerate Diligent’s growth in the region. The ideal candidate combines business development acumen, GRC or cybersecurity market expertise, and a deep understanding of referral and reseller models. You will act as the regional owner for partner strategy and execution, collaborating closely with direct sales, marketing, and enablement teams to build a scalable, high-performing channel network .
