THE ROLE Youll join a cross-functional, open-minded, and agile product team responsible for building and evolving Lendos digital experience.Youll work on the scalable backend services that power the user journeys central to our platform.As a Backend Engineer, you will: Design, build, and optimize scalable Go microservices Take end-to-end ownership of the backend architecture Write tests and clean, maintainable code that ensures quality and reliability Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver value fast Identify and track key metrics to understand system performance and drive improvements Continuously experiment, learn, and share knowledge with your team Bring your ideas to life, whether through innovation days, tech talks, or new product initiativesWe seek collaborative and curious engineers who understand the whole system and proactively solve systemic issues.
