Panoramic Health Come Join our team!!: Phlebotomist verifies patient identification and explains sampling procedures to patients. Obtains blood specimens by performing venipunctures and finger sticks. Maintains specimen integrity by using aseptic technique, following department procedures, and observing isolation procedures.
