Job description

We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator – Level II – to join our team specializing in Logistics at our facility in Mineral Point, WI, US. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:  Ensure accurate receiving, sorting, labeling, and storage of materials so inventory is organized, traceable, and ready to support production and customer needs.  Improve warehouse efficiency by optimizing storage space and maintaining smooth material flow throughout daily operations.  Support on-time delivery performance by accurately picking, packing, and dispatching products according to customer orders and operational standards.  Protect product quality by performing detailed checks for damages, discrepancies, and non-conforming materials before items move through the supply chain.  Contribute to a safer workplace by following HSE procedures, using proper protective equipment, reporting hazards, and promoting accountability within the team.  Maintain operational reliability by working at required cycle times, supporting equipment care, and identifying machinery or process issues before they impact productivity.  Drive continuous improvement by actively participating...
