Process Technician - Night Shift

Job Description Position Overview: Set up and operate all equipment. To maintain all operations in a safe and efficient way and to insure quality acceptable production requirements. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Document process steps to comply with approved guidelines. Assist in maintaining ‘Good Manufacturing Practices’ (GMP) within the plant – including housekeeping on assigned production lines. Evaluate and recommend equipment modifications to improve efficiency. Assist management in tracking process trends/genesis units. Performs attribute inspections. Know Service Technician and Material Handler duties. Performs other duties as assigned by Production supervisor or Shift responsible. Quality control : Distinguish different defects Know the different dimensions Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems & electrical systems of machines, have enough knowledge to troubleshoot minor problems. Understand materials & cycles so as to explain why different materials require different cycles. Make proper adjustments to machines when ware is not running to specs.
