About the Practice Argano’s Pigment Practice is redefining business planning consulting by combining deep domain expertise with cutting-edge technology. As a Solution Architect, you are the engine of our delivery — you design and build the Pigment solutions that transform how our clients plan, forecast, and make decisions. You work within our pod model alongside experienced Pod Leads, Delivery Managers, and Consultants. The Role: As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Pigment solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design models, build solutions, and support go-live. You will be mentored by senior architects while progressively taking on more complex design challenges and client leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build Pigment planning models including data structures, calculation logic, input forms, dashboards, and reporting - Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications - Develop integration solutions connecting Pigment with ERP, data warehouse, and other enterprise systems - Conduct unit test...
