Job Summary The Senior Business Director serves as the strategic leader of the region, overseeing a team of Area Business Leads and coordinating cross-functionally to drive commercial excellence, elevate customer experience, and enhance patient outcomes. This role owns the regional P&L, shapes and executes the regional business strategy, and leads organizational transformation within a dynamic and evolving ecosystem. The Senior Business Director will engage directly with senior leadership and Home Office partners to ensure alignment, performance, and talent development in support of both short‑term results and long‑term growth.
