Data Scientist Role Summary: The Data Scientist will support the Product Engagement Booster, a business-facing analytics capability designed to identify where to focus engagement efforts, which members to engage, and which programs drive measurable value and ROI. This role sits at the intersection of data science, product ownership, and execution enablement, with a strong emphasis on driving personalized member utilization where it matters most. Key Responsibilities: Opportunity Sizing & Segmentation: - Conduct population sizing and opportunity assessments to identify high-value member segments. - Use GCP BigQuery to create scalable cohorts, metrics, and benchmarks. - Partner with stakeholders to define priority populations and value drivers. Targeting Strategy & Execution Enablement: - Develop predictive models and analytical frameworks in Python to guide targeting and prioritization. - Translate insights into campaign-ready hypotheses executable in platforms - Enable personalized outreach aligned to member needs and engagement potential.
