This role plays a critical part in reconciling financial data across multiple systems and identifying discrepancies to support accurate financial reporting and excellent customer service. The Coordinator serves as a subject matter expert and key point of contact for payment-related inquiries, including chargebacks, refunds, and electronic payment processing.
