In this role you'll: - Lead, coach, and develop a multi‑country payroll team. - Oversee end‑to‑end payroll delivery ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. - Manage workload distribution, priorities, and adherence to payroll calendars and SLAs. - Drive process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and regional teams. - Support internal and external payroll audits and maintain strong control frameworks. - Resolve complex payroll issues and escalate critical risks when needed.
