A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a Strategic Talent Sourcer at MKS, you will play a critical role in sourcing exceptional talent to meet the evolving demands of our business and nurture a positive company culture to retain top talent. In this role, you will report to the Manager of Global Sourcing, Talent Intelligence, and TA Operations. You Will Make an Impact By: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define job requirements, team functions, and ideal candidate profiles for critical, difficult, and visible positions. Strategize, suggest and help hiring managers make informed hiring decisions using Market Intelligence and talent insights tolls. Support roles in Engineering, IT, Finance and other d omains in EMEA. Lead pipelining efforts for critical roles in your region, Europe and Israel mostly. Develop and execute impactful sourcing techniques that incorporates Boolean building and multi-channel searches. Proactively reach out to passive candidates through personalized messaging and strategic networking efforts.
