STARTING WAGE: $22.00: MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: 18 years old LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: S. Nevada Health District Health Card JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for broiling all steaks, chops, poultry, and fish, as ordered. Responsible for plating and presentation of all food served to guests. Responsible for stocking, setup, maintenance and cleanup of station daily. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum two (2) years as fry cook or broiler cook required. Thorough knowledge of general kitchen operations, broilers, and roasting stations required. Previous experience in heavy volume ordering for broiler items required. Previous experience in food preparation and food service. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must be able to change priorities with short notice. Must be able to effectively manage time during peak business hours. Must have good eye/hand coordination. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Set-up and maintain a clean kitchen and food service areas. 2.
