Joy, Pennsylvania, which is part of the Aerospace, Defense, and Marine business unit. We are looking for an exceptional Finance Business Partner to work closely with the plant manager and operational teams to execute plant strategy through insightful financial and business analysis. In this critical role, the Plant Controller will manage two direct reports and be responsible for analyzing and consolidating plant financial data that will guide plant decision making. The Plant Controller will report directly to the Senior Manager Controller for the Connectors plant group within AD&M, who oversees financial responsibilities for six manufacturing plants. This role requires a high level of financial acumen and the ability to serve as a strategic partner to drive the plant’s financial performance.
