Job description
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) plays a key role in supporting children with behavioral and developmental needs within a multidisciplinary care setting. This position works closely with nursing, therapy, and clinical leadership to implement behavior strategies, support engagement in daily programming, and help create structured, developmentally appropriate classroom environments. The RBT will help bring consistency, structure, and positive behavior support into the day-to-day experience of each child while ensuring documentation and communication are completed accurately and timely. Qualifications: - High School Diploma required; some college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred - Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire - Experience working with children with developmental, behavioral, or medical needs preferred - Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based clinical environment - Strong organizational and documentation skills Responsibilities: - Implement individ...
