We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations at Nightsky San Luis Obispo. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless execution across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering—and that the property reflects Nightsky’s mission of setting the standard in positive impact, nature-focused hospitality. This is a full-time, on-site, exempt position that reports to the General Manager. The salary for this position is $80,000.
