We’re looking for an experienced People Projec ts Manager to shape scalable people frameworks and initiatives across our Support Centre, Customer Care and Distribution Centre teams. This role is ideally suited to someone with deep HR business partnering experience, who enjoys solving complex people challenges through organisational development, developing and rolling out frameworks, and enterprise-wide initiatives. Working closing with our HR partnering teams supporting our Support Centre, Customer Care and Distribution Centre teams, you will translate business needs into practical, scalable and impactful people solutions. The Role You Could Play: Reporting to the Head of Capability & Workplace Relations, you will partner closely with the broader People & Education team to drive people programs and organisational development initiatives across MECCA ’s Support Centre, Distribution Centre and Customer Care teams .
