Overview McGuireWoods is seeking an experience and highly skilled Director of Lateral Integration to join the firm in our Chicago, IL office. The Director leads the strategic onboarding and integration of newly hired partners, primarily lateral partners—across McGuireWoods. This role ensures partners are positioned for early and sustained success by accelerating productivity, supporting client transitions, building strong internal relationships, and fully integrating partners into the firm’s culture, systems, and business development platform. This position plays a critical role in advancing the firm’s growth strategy by translating lateral partner hiring into long term revenue growth, engagement, and cross practice collaboration. The Director works closely with Firm Leadership, Department Chairs, Practice Group Leaders, the Lateral Partner Integration Committee (LPIC), Lateral Partner Recruiting, Business Development, Practice Management, and key business services teams to deliver a cohesive, high impact integration experience.
