Description Job Summary: The A/C & Heating Service Technician will perform and apply technical skills and knowledge associated with: maintaining and servicing heating/ventilation/air conditioning, and troubleshooting HVAC systems for residential customers. Qualifications: Benefits: - Performing on-site HVAC performance evaluations, routine repairs and calibrations. - Troubleshooting common problems and providing appropriate level repairs. - Using experience and technical skills with preventive maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements. - Advising manager of preventive maintenance inspections performed and identifying the necessary corrective actions to be taken. - Working in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction. - Working in a safe manner, ensuring all safety measures are taken, at all times. - Performing other duties, as assigned. - Flexibility to work overtime, on-call and weekends, as required. - 2 to 6 years hands-on HVAC Experience - EPA Certification, required - Valid Texas driver’s license AND acceptable driving record - Ability to maneuver and climb ladders - Moderate lifting (up to 75 poun...
