Job Description Summary Provides assistance in the establishment of new programs or the modification of existing programs. Conducts surveys and studies of problems and needs; makes recommendations to appropriate officials. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the status of assigned program area(s). Reviews, evaluates and reports on assigned program area. Provides technical assistance to staff, management, the public and other governmental entities.
