WHAT YOU WILL DO …: - Continuously source and develop transport capacity by proactively contacting existing and potential carriers - Expand and diversify the national carrier network, ensuring operational flexibility and coverage - Maintain ongoing relationships with carriers to secure capacity availability in line with shipment volumes - Assess and onboard new carriers based on performance, reliability, and compliance criteria - Support negotiations and pricing - Monitor carrier performance and propose improvement actions or replacements when necessary - Collaborate with the Operations team to anticipate demand peaks and capacity constraints WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …: - Confidence in using da...
