Position Summary The Guest Services Attendant serves as a front-line ambassador within the hospital, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting patient safety, communication, and operational flow. This role ensures a welcoming and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff, while also supporting administrative and communication functions including inbound call handling, coordination with radiology teams, and monitoring operational workflows.
