This role partners directly with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to translate clinical and medical strategy into enterprise-wide operational excellence, driving disciplined execution, organizational maturity, and measurable business and patient impact. As a member of the Medical Office Leadership Team, this role operates at the intersection of strategy, operations, and transformation ensuring that Medical Office priorities are executed with speed, quality, and scalability, aligned with Philips’ enterprise objectives.
