Responsibilities: Assist with opening, closing, and daily operations while ensuring quality and service excellence. Lead and motivate the team during shifts, promoting our culture of hospitality. Participate in management meetings to drive sales, hiring, and team development. Control costs, manage inventories, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.
