Position Title: S r. Director, Tax Location: Dallas, Texas: Your role: Digital Realty Trust, Inc. ( NYSE: DLR ) is looking to add a Senior Tax Director to its global tax team. The exciting role will play an integral and key part in DLR’s REIT qualification, strategic private capital, tax planning initiatives and operational matters. This individual will work cross-functionally with accounting, finance, acquisition, legal, asset management, and external advisors to ensure transaction execution in a REIT compliant manner while supporting DLR’s growth strategy. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker with strong technical expertise in REIT taxation, partnership taxation, along with experience in navigating complexities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role will report to VP, Tax and is expected to lead a team of direct reports.
