This position is designed to support one of our Oncology, Hip, Knee and Total Joint Surgeons and will require travel to our offices in South Philadelphia, Bensalem and King of Prussia, PA. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM Job Summary: The Surgical Clinical Assistant (SCA) provides assistance to the Physician and Physician's Assistant with daily administrative and clinical duties. Responsibilities include assisting with post-op suture and staple removal, post-op wound care, pre-admissions testing orders, responding to patient calls and messages, and more. Key Accountabilities: Increase patient satisfaction, compliance with schedule prep, voicemail, compliance with policies and procedures, decrease wait times.
