This landmark initiative will transition federal civilian employee records from legacy platforms — including PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle EBS, and agency-custom HRIS solutions — into a unified Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environment across numerous federal agencies. You will design and execute data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading strategies using Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), ensuring data integrity at every step.
