Overview The Area Installation Manager (AIM) is responsible for overseeing the operations from material arrival to completion of the project. The AIM will also be responsible for all service and warranty in the branches they oversee. The AIM position will oversee part of a Region consisting of two or more locations-with direct reports in each location. Area Installation Managers generaly earn up to $70k in their first year. MUST HAVE RESIDENTIAL HOME IMPROVEMENT / CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE: Responsibilities: 1. Day to day management of installations in multiple locations within a region, which requires daily/weekly travel2. Monitor labor and material costs in accordance with branch budgets3. Maintain rolling 45 day branch installation schedules in accordance with revenue goals4. Review installation schedules with customers5. Review operational concerns with Regional Operations Manager or Regional Manager6. Perform job measures, review job orders 7. Service and warranty8. Customer updates in Production Log9.
