YOUR ROLE: We are seeking a Program Manager in an Application Management Services (AMS) setup, particularly when focusing on bespoke (customized) projects, to act as the vital bridge between client-specific requirements and standard application maintenance procedures. You will be responsible for delivering tailored solutions, driving complex case analysis, managing specialized resources, and ensuring high-quality, zero-defect outputs while leading a team of analysts.
