Key Responsibilities: Design & Fit: Measure, design, fit, and adapt lenses and frames for patients based on optical prescriptions. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting patients in selecting frames and ensuring the perfect fit for their eyewear. Precision & Accuracy: Prepare work orders for optical labs, verify the exactness of finished lenses, and make necessary adjustments. Eyewear Management: Manage eyewear orders, perform quality inspections, and maintain inventory levels. Patient Education: Educate patients on proper eyeglass and contact lens care, and provide follow-up services including adjustments and repairs.
