Anticipated End Date: 2026-04-11 Position Title: CFSP Licensed Manager Care Management (Haywood Co.) Job Description: Manager I GBD Special Programs, Haywood County LOCATION : This is field position. When you are not in the field, you will work virtually from your home. You must reside within a proximity to travel throughout Haywood County. HOURS : General business hours, Monday through Friday. TRAVEL : Travel within your assigned area or region is required. This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as their role requires, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands-on engagement.
