As an approved DVA and Support at Home provider, we are passionate about helping clients remain safe, independent, and well-supported in their own homes while receiving clinically appropriate and person-centred care. We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our Townsville community nursing team. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys autonomy, meaningful client relationships, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the community while remaining supported by an experienced clinical leadership team. About the Role: As a Clinical Nurse – Community Care, you will provide in-home clinical nursing services to veteran and aged care clients across the Townsville region. You will work collaboratively with Clinical Leaders, schedulers, GPs, allied health professionals, clients, and families to deliver safe, high-quality care in the community setting.
