The Digital Engagement Global Business Unit at SBS is in charge of developing, commercializing, and operating the Digital Banking Suite (DBS), a comprehensive digital banking platform that empowers financial institutions with a next-gen platform to enhance customer engagement via modern mobile-native and web experiences. Other offerings within the Business Unit include Open Banking, AI & CRM, and Digital Lending. We are looking for a Chief of Staff to act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and his deputy, supporting the effective running, alignment, and performance of the Business Unit. The Chief of Staff will drive cross-functional alignment, oversee business performance, and enable disciplined execution across the portfolio, ensuring that strategy, execution, financial performance, and operational processes are tightly connected and running efficiently.
