Position Summary: The Crisis Intervention Specialist at Bozeman Health Behavioral Health provides patient-centered, trauma-informed, urgent and emergent behavioral health (mental health and addictions) services in adult and pediatric emergency settings across the health continuum. This position is for licensed clinical professionals. Minimum Qualifications: - Master degree in Social Work or other comparable clinical Master degree program - Licensed as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Montana - American Heart Association BLS - Preferred: MHPP eligible - Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in Crisis Intervention, Psychiatric Emergencies, Safety Planning, and/or Level of Care Placement Essential Job Functions: In addition to the essential functions of the job listed below, employees must have on-time completion of all required education as assigned per DNV requirements, Bozeman Health policy, and other registry requirements. - Key services include but are not limited to: brief psychosocial assessment, brief drug and alcohol assessment, crisis intervention, hold assessment, inpatient diversion, care coordination and communication with medical team, family, referents, access commun...
