Sureserve Compliance South, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities. Role: We are looking for part-time employees to work a 3 on 3 off shift pattern. Rota includes weekends and bank holidays. Weekday shifts will be 17.00-22.00 and weekend/Bank Holiday shifts will be between 08.00-19.00 The role of our Out of Hours Contact Centre Agent is to act as the main point of customer contact for servicing and responsive maintenance during out-of-hours periods. You will answer inbound calls from our customers and engineers, providing customer excellence, and ensuring that our internal system is updated accordingly.
